Shipping Overview
We ship from California and process all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days depending on the selected shipping option. All U.S. orders include tracking, which is emailed once your label has been created. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International transit times vary by destination but generally take 7–21 business days. Tracking is included with all international shipments.
For some regions, duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout to prevent surprise fees on delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs charges if duties are not prepaid.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking data to begin updating.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the postal service. If your order shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS or your local carrier office for assistance.
